Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our Products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. Once a download link has been issued, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except as described below or where required by law.

We ask that you review product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Technical failure preventing delivery — if you did not receive a working download link due to an error on our end (not, for example, an incorrect email address entered at checkout).

  • Duplicate purchase — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

  • Product defect — if the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, and we are unable to resolve the issue by resending or repairing the file.

To request a review under one of these exceptions, contact us at patriotpenmanship@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Group and Bulk Licenses

Refunds for Group Licenses (co-ops, schools, and organizations) are evaluated on the same basis as above. Because Group Licenses are priced and delivered according to a specific enrolled student count, refunds are not available simply due to a change in group size after purchase.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
