These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at PatriotPenmanship.com (the "Site") and any digital products purchased through it, including The Cursive Comeback and other downloadable materials (collectively, the "Products"), offered by Patriot Penmanship Co. ("Patriot Penmanship," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. Who We Are

Patriot Penmanship Co. is based in Temecula, California, and sells digital, downloadable educational materials focused on cursive handwriting instruction and American civics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site. Our Products are designed for use by or with children under adult supervision, but purchases must be made by an adult. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Purchases

All Products sold on the Site are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped to you.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely through Wix's checkout system. We do not store your full payment card details.
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital download via a secure link, delivered through our download delivery system.
Download links may be subject to an expiration date and/or a limited number of downloads. If your link expires or you exhaust your download limit before you've successfully saved your files, contact us at patriotpenmanship@gmail.com and we will help restore your access.
It is your responsibility to download and save your files to a device you control promptly after purchase.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, spam filters, or similar issues outside our control.

5. License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Download and print the Product for personal, family, or single-classroom educational use.

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, share, or post the Product (in whole or in part) publicly or to other individuals, including via file-sharing sites, cloud folders shared with non-purchasers, or social media.
Use the Product for commercial purposes (e.g., in a paid course, curriculum you sell to others, or a for-profit tutoring business) without our prior written consent.
Claim authorship of, modify and redistribute, or create derivative works from the Product for distribution to others.

All content, designs, text, and materials within the Products remain the intellectual property of Patriot Penmanship Co. and are protected by copyright law.

5a. Group License for Co-ops and Schools

We offer a separate Group License for homeschool co-ops, private schools, tutoring centers, and similar organizations that wish to use our Products with multiple students.

A Group License permits printing and distribution of the licensed Product to up to [NUMBER] enrolled students within a single co-op, classroom, or organization during a single academic year.
Group Licenses are purchased separately from individual licenses and are priced according to group size, as listed on the Site at the time of purchase.
The purchasing individual (e.g., co-op lead, teacher, or program director) is responsible for distributing printed copies only to students formally enrolled in their program, and for ensuring digital files are not shared outside the licensed group.
A Group License does not permit sharing, sublicensing, or reselling access to other co-ops, schools, or organizations, even informally or at no cost.
If your group grows beyond the licensed headcount, or if you are licensing for a new academic year with substantially different enrolled students, a new or upgraded Group License is required.

6. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except where required by law or at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure preventing delivery. If you experience a problem with your download, contact us at patriotpenmanship@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts or files.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including uploading malware or attempting to overload our systems.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any download limits, expiration controls, or security features related to Product delivery.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party platforms and service providers to operate — including our website host, payment processor, and digital delivery provider. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or limitations caused by these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you if an issue with delivery arises.

We do not guarantee that our educational Products will produce specific learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Penmanship Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Products.
